LIST ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE
SCTI Group launches exciting unique package to help Indian companies float on the London Stock Exchange (‘LSE’)

New Delhi, October 11th: New Delhi based financial Trading House, SCTI Group enables companies to list on the LSE. The LSE provides opportunities for all companies to consider listing regardless of age, size, experience and profitability. Through SCTI’s listing package, companies wishing to list on the LSE need not apply themselves with the usual lengthily and often taxing LSE listing process, which includes, but is not limited to: written applications, legal procedures and companies valuations, as SCTI takes the company as it, in its current state and does the work from there on in, handling everything from all written applications, to legal procedures and many other services, if required, such as finding non executive directors for the company.

SCTI manages companies’ listings with minimal interference to company, at a fraction of normal associated costs with a success fee payable only upon SCTI’s successful listing of the company on the LSE, and a great deal faster than most other similar services provider.

Benefits of a LSE listing include, amongst others: clear & transparent company valuations and shareholder’s net worth, use of shares for 3rd party takeovers, capital & fund raising from non-Indian sources, prestige, world-wide recognition, easing the process to a BSE or NSE listing at a later stage.

Speaking on the launch of their new domestic based initiative, Mr. Egonzo, Group Director, SCTI said, “We are excited to offer this new opportunity to companies wishing to list themselves in a hassle-free, timely and cost effective manner” he further added, “this is anticipated to give a boost to hundreds of local companies.”

Mr. Egonzo adds, “Due to the ease of listing on the LSE, coupled with world-wide interest in Indian companies and investments, I can only see a plus plus benefit to companies sensible enough to look at listing on the LSE. The company listed on the LSE immediately projects itself from a local to a global player!”
