Aveva Exhibits At Isa 2010 Expo And Releases New Whitepaper

Sept. 29, 2010 - PRLog -- Houston, America, 28 September 2010: AVEVA (LSE:AVV) today announced it will  participate in the ISA 2010 Expo at Houston’s Westin Galleria Hotel, October 4 - 7. AVEVA will be in Booth 121. Visitors will have the chance to see AVEVA Instrumentation, AVEVA’s innovative information management solution for plant instrumentation engineering, maintenance and specification, in action, with live demonstrations.

The event will also see the Americas release of AVEVA’s instrumentation whitepaper, entitled Top Ten Instrumentation Headaches. The paper explores the challenges around planning, maintaining and updating instrumentation and control systems in process plants, as well as how to address these challenges and achieve proven design savings of over 30%.

To accompany the whitepaper, AVEVA will also provide event delegates with:

•   Business Value Calculator – A brand new interactive tool that calculates, for each business, the savings that can be achieved by adopting the latest instrumentation technology. The Business Value Calculator will be provided on a USB stick and also made available for download.

•   Headache Hardhat – A quality, branded hardhat to prevent all manner of headaches, whether instrumentation-related or not.

In addition, there will be opportunities for visitors to meet and speak with AVEVA’s instrumentation experts, including members of the team that researched and wrote the whitepaper.
