Brand Marketing Works a Finalist for Best Places to Work in Southern Nevada

Sept. 22, 2010 - PRLog -- Brand Marketing Works, LLC, a top promotional products supplier, has been recognized as a finalist in the "Original Best Place to Work in Southern Nevada" contest. Entering its ninth year in 2010, the awards program recognizes top Southern Nevada employers for innovative human resource practices and programs.

As Las Vegas continues to face difficult times, the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association (SNHRA) launched a search for the companies that put employees at the top of their list of priorities. Brand Marketing Works stands out as one such firm. CEO Michael Levine made employee retention his number one concern and launched a series of creative initiatives to retain his entire workforce, even as business temporarily declined.

"I personally met with each member of my team and asked for input", states Levine. "Our first step to avoid lay-offs was to reduce salaries across the board and cut spending on all levels.
