Vineland, NJ Court Drops Charges Against Arthur Stubbs

Sept. 21, 2010 - PRLog -- On May 29, 2010 Arthur H. Stubbs, 38, of Columbus, NJ was charged with lewdness by the Vineland police department.  However on July 7th, 2010 the original lewdness charge against Arthur Stubbs, was dismissed and he plead guilty plea to an amended disorderly person charge.  The prosecutor did not make a statement to the press regarding why the charges were dropped.
 
When asked about the incident Arthur Stubbs said "I just wanted to clear my name and put this misunderstanding behind me.  Beyond that I will let the dropped charge speak for itself."
