Danvers, MA Single-family Home Prices, Sales Decrease August 2010

Nov. 19, 2010 - PRLog -- The median price and sales of single-family homes in Danvers, Massachusetts decreased in August 2010, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC, an exclusive buyer real estate agency. The data was compiled using MLS Property Information Network, Inc, a local multiple listing service.

The median price of single-family homes in Danvers, MA decreased 1.48 percent in August 2010, a difference of $5,000 compared to August of 2009. Sales also decreased, dropping 9.09 percent in August 2010 compared to August of 2009.

The median price of condominiums in Danvers, MA also decreased, falling 7.51 percent in August 2010, a difference of $17,750. Condominium sales decreased in August 2010 as well, dropping 75 percent compared to the previous August, a difference of 6 sales.

Multi-family homes saw a drop in median price as well, falling 40.63 percent in August 2010, although, there was only one sale in August 2009.
