Till now we have installed “eduWare – Unique software for School” software in more than 50 schools in India and aboard. Few weeks back our management decided to do study, how our software making life easy for school administration/staff starting from “School Management”,  “Fee collection department”, “Examination and Result preparation department” and other related department. We will explain in brief about our finding with people who matter for us.

1)      School Management: Our software provides high level information that they needed on regular intervals with few clicks.  Likes  “Total school strength” , “Gender wise strength bifurcation”, “Class/Division wise strength details”, “Total fee collected /pending”, “Day to day expense and income”, “Total salary expenses” other various information which required by them. These information/ reports help them to manage their school in better way and pin point area of concerns.

2)      Fee Collection department : During manual process people of this department has to search various fee collection register  to find total fees collected, total pending fee given student/class/school , to find “How much late fee is collected”, “How many cheque bounced in given term” and to find other fee related information.  Once they start to use our software, all above information they can get with few clicks. Also our “fee collection module” removed writing manual fee slip. Using our software one person can take care of entire fee collection department against many required during their manual process.

3)      Examination and Results preparations: Using our software user can create examination time table schedule and prepare result for same. Once each subject teacher fills marks using his/her login, final result can be generated with three clicks. It gives rank, subject highest, maximum / minimum marks in class for final result.  Also it has facility to generated grades based on predefined logic. We also provide student progress reports in various graphical format.  Generating final result in 10 minutes process. Earlier same process if done manually take minimum of 3 days with at least 3-4 staff.  Also it removes counting and verifying or marks again and again.

4)      Attendance: Our software provide nice and easy interface to capture students and staff attendance. We also have given provision to capture attendance using “Time attendance biometric machine”, “RFID card and card reader”.  Attendance data will download from these devices and imported into our software. This is completely automatic process and doesn’t require any manual interfere after initial setting.  Taking attendance is completely hassle free process using our software, user need to enter only absent member / student in case capturing attendance without any add-on devices.  More than 20 attendance related reports are available in our software. Earlier user have to go through time consuming process if they want summarize attendance for given student / staff. Using our software these details are available with few clicks.

5)      Search: Prior to software days, it takes ample amount of time and human work to look for particular information related to student/ staff. Our “School Management Software” provides required information with maximum ease. Also our search facility is highly flexible.

SMS / Email Integration: Communicating irregular attendance, student results, any sudden notice to each and every guardian/parents is huge and time consuming process (sometime situation demands very fast communication). We provide both SMS/email integration with our software which help school administration to communicate required details on to concern people with ease and reliable way.
