Darby Litho Inc is Adding "Fun" to It's List of Offerings

Darby Litho Inc, an 83 year old commercial printer, located in Branchburg NJ, has launched a new division of their company: Once Upon A Puzzle.  This new segment of the company will be a web based storefront through which customers can order highly personalized childrens' items.

Their premier item is the “Story Puzzle”.  This is a combination of a personalized story and a jigsaw puzzle.  The customer selects a story from the list provided, they add their own pertinent information that makes the story special to the recipient.

Not only is the child’s name included in the story but each title has spaces for additional personal details.  The customer may be asked the child’s favorite food, pet’s names, siblings or friends.  Each story is unique and becomes even more so with the inclusion of this personal information.

The thought behind the product is that it’s two gifts in one.  It is a story chosen and made distinctive by adding the child’s information.  Then the story is printed, mounted and die-cut into a jigsaw puzzle.  The gift has the uniqueness of the personalized story and the added fun of assembling the jigsaw puzzle.

The beautifully hand painted artwork that was created for each of the stories will also be printed on matching items allowing customers to purchase truly one of a kind gifts that can be used again and again.  Once Upon A Puzzle will offer stickers, stationery, placemats, note cards, wall hangings and other items for customization that match the themes of the various stories.  Some of the themes include under sea adventures, space travel, pirate tales and more.  The list is ever-increasing as the Once Upon A Puzzle creative department creates more story lines to choose from.
