Hip Hop Icon DMX's Manager Sets the Record Straight 'No Speeding Ticket'

Aug. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- There’s several reports floating around the internet that rapper DMX was pulled over last night on Sunset blvd and that he received a speeding ticket.  DMX’s manager Nakia Walker issues this statement.

“Obviously , DMX is not a criminal and for the record he was not issued a speeding ticket. The media portrays him to be this horrible person that just can’t get it together. This is so untrue. DMX is making every effort to rectify any and all old debts he owes to society, hence the Los Angeles county jail time. He surrendered himself to deal with that as part of the process on his road to redemption.  In the coming months you can expect to see and hear more from  DMX  personally as he takes steps to redeem himself, not only for himself but his fans.  “States Walker.

DMX (Dark Man X) is a hard core rapper from the East Coast and a multi platinum selling artist best known for his brutal raps "Get At Me Dog" was a top-40 hit that pushed him into the upper tier of popular rappers and revived the strength of the Def Jam record label.
