I would like to announce an incredibly useful book that has just been released. The title of the book is “Grow It • Save It • Use It” and it was written by Brenda Snyder.  Brenda is a western New York native who has an overwhelming desire to help others.  She is motivated by helping working families save money and eat healthier food on a daily basis which in turn will enable them to live healthier, longer lives.

The objective of “Grow It • Save It • Use It” is to teach basic gardening skills, food preserving techniques and how to prepare healthy family recipes.  You will also receive several resources for purchasing fresh, chemical-free foods if growing your own is not an option.  

Without these basic survival skills, we are completely dependent on food products that are brought to us by others which, in most cases, are full of chemicals and preservatives that are unnecessary and unhealthy.
