Any organization, while it recruits its staff, focusing on soft skills and hard skills. Hard skills are technical issues related to your area of learning. Soft skills are necessary to succeed in their careers.

Very clever, who have excelled in their studies cannot succeed if he or she does not know how dealing   people and play a key role in the group. All the company, the project includes several types of people in different skill levels. To succeed, collaboration plays a key role. Here, soft skills are important evidence of the submission of work those hard skills.  
   
Soft skills are a mixture of all intra personal and interpersonal skills of an individual. These qualities include skills in pieces like the positive attitude, confidence, leadership, communication, responsibility, i.e., to make decisions, and self-consciousness.
How to develop soft skills:  

• Be an excellent communicator: The fear of public speaking. You can have the good plans or ideas to solve a problem, but these ideas can be ignored if you cannot communicate properly. Make your points with accuracy and application with your colleagues and clients. Listen deeply, concentrate and take part in the discussion.
 
• Have confidence in you: if you think you win, you are if you suspect that you have the courage. But sooner or later the man who wins is the man who thinks “he can”.

• Excellent interpersonal role: Co-management and project oversight is important for career development. If an individual feels isolated in difficulty and then, he is hostile to the group, the organization and the customer. It very important to be supportive and to achieve leadership in the apt.

• Be ready to work efficiently under pressure: “Tough time never last...But tough people do”. Be cool and overcome the pressure that accompanies targets in an effectual manner.
• Handle criticism with care: When you work with people, sometimes you will be criticized and others, you will have to criticize your colleagues or sub-ordinates. Make sure to take constructive criticism and as an opportunity to grow. Similarly, while criticizing others choose your words carefully and keep it professional. Destructive criticism will lead to the loss of respect and trust. Leave your reviews help other people grow.
•Motivate yourself and others: As you look ahead to grow in your career you will need to deal various people under you. You cannot expect the quality of the team and you find the level of motivation is too low. So, stay motivated and keep others motivated.

• Express Responsibility: Taking responsibility for all the work that makes you keep separate from other people. Generally, people want to do too much responsibility, because it needs leadership and problem-solving. It shows his interest, curiosity and responsibility to adapt Energy Company.

• Show accountability: Most people fear it acknowledges. Be responsible for the failure, even if an obstacle to improving their soft skills. Taking responsibility for the failure puts you as a person of honesty and gives you the freedom to accept congratulations for the success as well.
• Develop leadership skills: A leader is someone that people are willing to follow. Develop the qualities that make people not follow because they are necessary, but because they want. Even when working as a team, play a role in directing and easing the work of other members.
• Be multitasking: As you for success, you need to complete the work in various fields. For example, you need to interact with your technical team on the success of the project in the department of human resources for the evaluation and recruitment, with clients on project requirements or problems, etc. and organize plan to accommodate all the activities required in your calendar. Once you have developed these skills gentle on your expertise, you will discover that you have a lot more surely of your options.
