MCM Group’s growth continues with the launch of Stayoverseas.com.

July 13, 2010 - PRLog -- MCM Group launch the property rental web portal http://www.StayOverseas.com .The portal is already proving to be an immense success with property owners directly listing their rental properties from the Spanish property market. The move to expand this internationally is now underway with promotion to tourist operators and other media outlets now started.

The portal gives owners a minimal outlay with founding members of the portal being asked to cover initial costs only of 50 uk pounds for a year. Stayoverseas.com say this is less than the average week at a cheap Bulgarian ski resort and is excellent value for money and it is envisaged that when owners cover the costs with one weeks booking then each year the listing will be renewed.

StayOverseas.com already have a property sales side with many property owners listing their property for rent plus also renting their property for sale, cutting back on agents commissions.

Further expansion of MCM Group and StayOverseas.com is envisaged over the coming months.
