Foundation realeases Proposal templates to getting the N400m CBN Loan for Nigerian Entrepreneurs‏

The Central Bank of Nigeria in April, released a total of 400 million Naira intervention funds to encourage self reliance and entrepreneurial development. However it has been noticed that the quality of proposal submitted are poor.

July 7, 2010 - PRLog -- Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC), Lagos is one of the three Entrepreneurship Development Centres established by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as an interventionist measure to halt the increasing incidences of joblessness and alleviate poverty in Nigeria.

The EDC Lagos is the implementing Agency (IA) for the South West geopolitical zone. Specifically, the project provides training, strategies, certification, business advisory and access to finance to assist Nigerians to embrace micro, small and medium enterprises as alternative employment options. The National Economic Reconstruction Fund (NERFUND is set  to fund small businesses through the EDC.

However, It has been noticed that the quality of the said proposals are very poor prompting a foundation New Breed foundation to put its team to work and prepare sound proposal templates to further booster the quality of business presentation plans set the foundation National president Ms Akoko Ejiro while speaking with our correspondence stated that the motivation for releasing the templates is based on the foundations desire to help Nigeria reduce it's Unemployment level.
She further praised the leadership of the Nigerian Central Bank for such a giant stride and stated that it will help the country in a lot of ways.
