   * With the SMS workflow functionality of mPlug-in users can create actions that send an SMS message triggered by predefined events. Like Quick messages and Campaigns, mPlug-in SMS workflow actions can use Dynamics record attributes to adapt message contents.

   * Netsize mPlug-in provides an extensive statistics dashboard with delivery reports on sent messages and campaigns. Statistics data can be exported for use in other programs.

The plug-in architecture of mPlug-in ensures that the product can be installed in any Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 system easily and quickly.
