In May 2010 the median price of single-family homes in Milford, MA decreased 23.14%, or $81,000, compared to May 2009. In response to this, there was a distinct rise in sales, which increased by 69.23%, to a total of 22 homes sold. Furthermore, May sales of Milford condominiums boasted a staggering increase of 200% from 2009 to 2010, in addition to a rise in median price. Compared to May 2009, the median price of a condominium in Milford jumped 61.49%, or $63,300. Although sales of multi-family homes did not change from May 2009 to May 2010, they also showed a rise in median price. The median price of multi-family homes in Milford, MA increased 8.31%, or $12,250.
