The Weal Media Group (TWMG) Invests in Leading Information Management Firm

June 23, 2010 - PRLog -- A spokesperson from TWMG- The Weal Media Group, announced today that the company had made an investment in Monarq IMS; an Information Management firm from Ottawa, Ontario Canada. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, however the TWMG spokesperson commented by saying "Our CEO (Kristoffer Howes) has been invited to take a place on their (Monarq) Board of Directors." Further details were promised, but not immediately available.

Monarq Information Management Solutions (IMS) has worked to establish themselves as a leader in the development, implementation and management of Web-based Information Management/Collaboration platforms. In 2008, Monarq IMS partnered with RedTree in the development and promotion of PAS software; and continues to be the only recognized global distributor.

Internationally renowned for its Internet Marketing and Brand Management successes, TWMG began experimenting with platform development; in early 2009. It is believed that the partnership with Monarq IMS will compliment TWMG strategic resources, and introduce innovative technologies that allow the company to introduce it's professional and knowledgeable brand; to new marketplaces. It would appear that instead of promoting products, services and/or brands for Corporate and Professional clients; TWMG is looking for products of their own.

The TWMG spokesperson closed by saying "More details will be forthcoming, once Mr. Howes has had an opportunity to meet with the Board at Monarq, and update our staff at The Weal Media Group (TWMG). Our CEO (Kristoffer Howes) has indicated that he intends to determine this (TWMG) company's role, in past, present and future Monarq endeavors; before making his recommendations to shareholders."
