You know the basics about how your ADHD affects you – whether it’s distractibility, poor time management, disorganization, impulsivity, procrastination or other symptoms. You may be taking medication, getting therapy or counseling, and working on improving work performance, organization, self-image, relationships and social skills. Now it’s time to really put those skills into action in a weekly therapy group where you receive guidance and productive feedback, and are challenged, supported and inspired by your peers and a team of ADHD experts in a safe and encouraging environment.
