MultiTrans integrates with MyMemory

May 28, 2010 - PRLog -- The language technology firm MultiCorpora has integrated MyMemory, a multilingual collaborative search engine for translations, into MultiTrans, an enterprise language technology software solution. With over 200 million professionally translated sentences, MyMemory is one of the largest collaborative translation archive in the world.

Effective today, MultiTrans connects to MyMemory in real-time, providing translators with suggestions from the collaboration of many professional users. MyMemory will provide suggestions to the translators only if the sentence being translated is at least 75% similar to one previously translated. This vast database of human translated content exists in English, French and Italian.  The translator using the suggestion and making changes to it contributes collaboratively thereby improving and growing MyMemory’s database.
