May 25, 2010 - PRLog -- AAE Advanced Auxiliary Equipment is pleased to announce that Tom Martin is joining them in their sales effort for the new FlexMed Series Compressed Air Loaders. Mr. Martin was selected to manage Autoload from the beginning when the Company it was purchased by Universal Dynamics in 1999. Mr. Martin successfully managed the Autoload operation until his recent departure. As manager of Autoload Mr. Martin was responsible for manufacturing and sales. Mr. Martin joined the AAE sales effort because he believes that the FlexMed Series Loaders offer a superior product that will solve many of the problems with the current compressed air loaders on the market.

FlexMed Loaders have many features not currently available in the market. They are the first loaders designed with polished stainless steel utilizing ISO 3A clamped connections with gaskets. Even the heavy duty sight glasses are made of stainless steel. The Flexmed Loaders feature a unique accelerator that conveys material with very low consumption of compressed air at as low as 15 PSI. Flexmed Series 3 Loaders are available with an optional internal magnet. The internal magnet improves metal catching and containing ability and cannot release metal accidentally when an external magnet is lifted. FlexMed 3 Loaders are also available with an optional AST or Air Saver Timer.

FlexMed Series Loaders are designed by industry veteran Donald Rainville. Mr. Rainville filed his first patent for compressed air loaders in 1977. The original product was successfully marketed by Universal Dynamics under the brand name of SavAir Loader. The concept of combining a cyclone with a compressed air accelerator was further evolved by Autoload in the late 1980s. As President of Universal Dynamics Mr. Rainville purchased AutoLoad in 1999. After the purchase of Autoload and consulting with customers Mr. Rainville determined that there are several issues with the Autoload loaders that can be improved. Mr. Rainville’s new design for FlexMed loaders addresses all of those issues.
