By: Education Access Solutions The Scholarships Club is a free community study group that has been meeting since 2007. Our next free public meeting is Saturday, May 29 from 10:30 AM - 12 PM at Borders Bookstore @ Victoria Gardens located at 12370 S Mainstreet Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739. Club members will identify scholarships that award in the Fall, and discuss how to apply for those scholarships during the summer. We will share information about the new Scholarship Club ONLINE membership site that's available 24/7 with tools, examples, even 5-minute videos on scholarship winning topics. Parents can receive the e-book entitled "Your Scholarship P.L.A.N." written by Rondalynne McClintock, M.Ed. "The Scholarship Club meetings give students the opportunity to not just learn about scholarships, but to actually apply for them." says Talia Dotson, a Pitzer College student who co-founded The Scholarship Club. "Students like that our meetings are only once each month for an hour. Parents like that our meetings are free." Talia has won over $60,000 using techniques taught at the Scholarship Club.
