The weekend will start with the band & the artist working together to write an original song (which is pretty amazing to start with), and if time permits, you’ll get to create your own really cool version of a cover song. Once the material is chosen, the band and artist will start the recording process. You’ll watch and participate in all aspects of the process, from vocals to drums and guitar tracks etc. You’ll learn how great recordings are made; all the cool special effects, how great drums are recorded as well as gain insight into how the pros think, create and develop a song from start to finish. This is really the inside access to recording! It’s not every day you are allowed to watch a recording session at this level, let alone be an integral part of one, but with this program you are the band, writing, playing and creating on the CD.

In the end you’ll walk away with amazing stories, pictures, a great CD with your name in the credits, along with everyone else recording, including the featured artist and engineers, as well as first hand knowledge of the ins and outs of recording. The finished product will be one CD you’ll want to brag about and display proudly; post it online, share it with friends or exhibit it in your home or office.
