Operating income increased 55% y-o-y to reach $1.25 billion while net income decreased 69% to $861 million year on year.
The filmed entertainment division reported an operating income of $497 million, up 76% from the same period a year earlier and a record for the highest operating income of any fiscal quarter for the segment.
