Opening the Doors to Learning Success! Acorns to Oaks Centre (ATOC)

May 2, 2010 - PRLog -- Do you know of anywhere in Bangkok that carries out full and complete diagnostic evaluations on the learning profile of children and provides a full range of services and programmes to develop a child’s physical, academic and social potential?  I do and was pleasantly surprised by the wealth of professional knowledge and support given to me by a team of dedicated specialists in this unique Learning Centre. My child was tested to assess her learning abilities and received Early Intervention, Speech and Occupational Therapy and later tailored Learning Support.  I have found a place that truly advocates for the child making recommendations for school and home.  Everyone talks of special needs but at ATOC the child is special but not in the way you would think.  ATOC has an umbrella of services under one roof and I cannot think of anywhere else that would provide the personal attention that we as a family have received. My child is in safe hands in a welcoming, caring environment where Psychologists, Educationalists and Therapists work on specific goals with a commitment to positive outcomes.  I was recommended to go to this Centre by my child’s school and I am certainly glad I did!

ATOC is open from Monday to Saturday from 7.30 to 6.00pm and also has Outreach Services in some International Schools.  It caters to children with a wide range of learning needs and abilities.
