REVE Systems launches Mobile application for Call Back Service Providers

April 29, 2010 - PRLog -- REVE Systems has launched iTel Mobile Call back Dialer, which is a mobile application which makes usage of call back service very easy from mobile phones. Using Call back services from mobile phones mean that the consumers have to enter multiple digits of PIN/ Destination numbers, which makes the service unattractive. However REVE’s product does away with all these limitations and makes the usage of call back service very simple and easy.

With the beta version launched in January of this year, the iTel Mobile Call Back Dialer is meant for callback service users. Commenting on the launch and initial response from the Call Back service providers, Mr. M Rezaul Hassan, CEO of REVE Systems said ‘We feel that call back service had a difficulty associated with its usage and hence our team developed this product to make it as simplified as making a regular call from the mobile phone. The initial response from leading call back service providers has been very encouraging and we are very happy with the innovation that we have been able to bring in to the market.’ Mr. Hassan also announced that two leading Call back Service providers, TalkFree, USA and e-Sky, Malaysia have already signed up for using this platform.

The ‘iTel Mobile Call Back Dialer’ application takes away the need of entering PIN and long destination numbers by the end users. It simplifies the callback service to the extent that customers can now just make calls like any regular call from their mobile phone – just choose the number from the phone book and dial to get connected. The iTel Mobile Call Back Dialer is a white label product and can be branded according to service providers’ requirement.
