TimeControl passes Windows® 7 Software logo program

April 8, 2010 - PRLog -- HMS Software announced today that Microsoft has awarded HMS Software’s TimeControl with Windows 7 logo compatibility status. As a result, Microsoft has extended HMS Software’s partnership with Microsoft as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) through 2014.

HMS holds Microsoft Gold Certification, which is Microsoft’s highest standard for partners.  Microsoft has a number of competencies in its partner program designed to distinguish the different types of relationships that partners might have with Microsoft.  HMS holds three including the Information Worker Competency with the EPM Specialization, Networking Infrastructure Solutions based on the work HMS does deploying both TimeControl and Project Server and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) based on TimeControl passing the Windows logo 7 tests.
To extend the ISV competency, HMS tested TimeControl using Microsoft’s Winqual system and then submitted the results to Microsoft.  TimeControl is HMS Software’s enterprise timesheet system designed for project environments.
This standing is valid for a period of 4 years. Completing this test allows HMS to connect with a range of Microsoft resources and allows Microsoft to recommend TimeControl with confidence as a product which meets the Windows7 requirements.
