Victory Life Tabernacle Grows with New LED Sign

March 30, 2010 - PRLog -- Victory Life Tabernacle is growing!  The Tabernacle was founded in 1993 by Reverend David King.  “We were a small group of 13 worshippers who originally met in a single room.  From there our vision started to sprout.  We knew we needed to purchase a different kind of sign than any of the other local places of worship nearby.”

Victory Life Tabernacle is situated in Gainesville, Texas, a small rural town with a population of approximately 15,000.

King had two objectives about what the sign needed to achieve. First, the sign needed to be economical in pricing.  Victory Life was growing, but rather slowly.  Finances were a factor due to the small congregation.  King exclaimed, “I shopped, I shopped, and I shopped again.  I came across a fantastic looking website called ADvantageLEDsigns.com.  ADvantageLED turned out to be the most cost efficient company for our needs.”  Secondly, King wanted to purchase a sign that could be used in the future, once a formal tabernacle was constructed.  The potential sign required flexibility in massaging and appropriateness in size in order to allow versatility.  The sign they purchased met both of pastor King’s objectives.

Some of the congregation’s favorite parts of the sign are the ease of programmability and variety of messaging.  Pastor King can announce service times, special speaking events, free continental breakfasts, and most importantly impart their theme message of “A Refuge from Despair”.

Since the installation of the sign they have had several families visited our services and special events.  “It is hard to think of our worship center as a business, speaking in the general sense, but the sign has paid for itself and is serving a needed purpose for our community.  We are in the business of illuminating our parishioner’s lives, and ADvantage LED has literally allowed us to do that!”  “  We are the only place of worship in the county with this style and type of sign and it is making a difference.”

Thanks to our hard work and the addition of our ADvantageLED sign, Victory Life Tabernacle now boasts a congregation of 125 parishioners.  The plans are to move the sign to the new facility once it is completed.  King stated, “I look forward to moving into the new tabernacle and already having a sign in place for our opening.”
