As the Espow CEO Diane said, “This year, we will allocate more resources to enhance our customers’ experience with the website. We are open to any suggestions and ideas from buyers, sellers, the Espow staff and any other parties.”

A Customer Experience Optimization Committee which reports directly to the CEO has been set up. Being different from the User Experience team which has already been existing since the foundation of Espow, this committee is mainly dedicated to collecting and investigating “problems” throughout the website. Any suggestions or ideas can be conveyed freely to the high management level through the committee.

As a customer-oriented company, Espow has always been striving to optimize the website and services through various channels. By doing surveys, buyers’ voices are easily heard, and constructive suggestions are taken. By collecting various problems buyers have encountered with their orders, we know better where we should improve in respect of the policies, workflows, services, and the functionalities of the site. The establishment of the special Customer Experience Optimization Committee will definitely be a new power to strengthen the overall quality of Espow website.
