This complimentary seminar is open to all interested BC and DR practitioners. As the development and the maintenance of BIA continues to haunt many organization, BC and DR professionals would be treated to first hand experiences of implementing a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) in a multinational organisation from Mr Navaneetharaj the Business Continuity Manager for DHL Malaysia. Besides first hand experiences, participants would also gain tips on how to implement BIA effectively in a BCM programme from the President of the BCM Institute, Dr Goh Moh Heng. A seasoned practitioner who have implemented more than 200 BIAs will share some insights into the pitfalls and key success factors in implementing the BIA for yor organization. Similar to previous Meet-The-Expert Seminars, this half day seminar would be no less engaging as it allows for participants to have interactive dialogues with Dr Goh Moh Heng and Mr Navaneetharaj themselves.
