PRLog -- This is a question that people are really starting to debate and wonder if it will all be worth it at the end of the day? Here at the Ocean Apartments Edinburgh thoughts are mixed and not everyone has the same feelings towards the end result. While we all know that the road works are a nightmare and are affecting guests getting to our Edinburgh Apartments or getting into the city centre some still feel that once all will be completed it will be a huge positive. The completion date in 2012 or is it 2014 now or even later?!
The Scottish Government has committed £545 million to fund the project, this does not seem like it is going to be enough. The German company, Bilfinger Berger, who are in charge of the consortium, is threatening to delay the project by up to 30 months due to a row over the estimated cost of the project. We have to wonder what impact these delays will have on Leith Accommodation and business in the area.
At the end of the day the trams are going ahead and we think that everyone needs to embrace them no matter what you feelings towards them are. Edinburgh Ocean Serviced Apartments certainly will and we hope that Ocean Apartments guest will join us.
