Model Home Construction Under Way for Third Neighborhood At Master-Planned Community The Foothills

Brookfield Homes, the only builder in San Diego to offer homes exceeding California’s energy efficiency standards by at least 35 percent, will debut its eco-savvy Rockrose at The Foothills model homes March 27. Rockrose will offer 101 eco-savvy new homes in Carlsbad, ranging from approximately 2,116 to 3,167 square feet.
