Eco-Safe Waste Management, Inc. (ESWM), is a corporation established in the United States as a world class solution provider for hazardous, industrial, and biomedical waste treatment and remediation. ESWM provides an effectively viable, affordable and environmentally friendly alternative to the conventional and traditional methods of waste management which include; “Bag and Tag”, (a term commonly used to store the hazardous waste in drums or containers and then inventory it in hazardous waste landfills which become problematic) Deep Well Injection (dumped into underground wells very environmentally unstable), and Plasma Arc Technologies (high heat incineration, which is costly).

ESWM, under a exclusive territorial licensing agreement With Palingenesis Manufacturing Inc. utilizes a revolutionary, innovative, and leading edge proprietary process developed and perfected by CEO-Theodore James Staley (Palingenesis). During the past seven (7) plus years Palingenesis developed it’s proprietary Process which render most hazardous–toxic waste inert and eco-friendly naturalizing all heavy metals. Palingenesis is now the largest processor  of industrial and commercial H&T waste including clinical waste in the Philippines with over 300 satisfied clients on its books. In addition to attracting a world class staff of professionals, ESWM has made significant progress recently in promoting, marketing, and attracting investors for their leading edge product and service offerings.

ESWM is currently, in discussion and final planning stage with management and government administrators.  These people make key decisions in the management of Hazardous, Bio-Medical and MSW (Municipal Solid Waste), which include Government, Charitable (U.S. non-profit 501-C) and large Private Corporate clients located in the U.S. (Hawaii and Guam), Haiti, and various South American countries.

ESWM is positioning itself to make 2010 the year that we effectively coordinate all sales and marketing efforts and reach critical mass thereby, effectively creating a “Paradigm Shift” in the total Waste Management Industry. To realize these goals, ESWM has partnered with Amarcor, one of the largest charitable organization in the U.S. who is working in conjunction with environmental and technical innovations with the Federal Government contracting offices. www.amarcor.org.

2 of the directors of this organization and 1 co-founder is currently working closely with ESWM and are part of the team that is spearheading ESWM’s efforts to receive government waste processing contracts with the DOD and other government agencies. ESWM is also planning an SEC registered initial public offering later this year and already has an underwriting comment. About Advent-Oriental Asset Management

Advent – Oriental was founded in Rangoon, Burma (now Myanmar) in 1889 by Maj Gen Sir John Leopold Advent MC KCB. Burma was at that time an annex of India under the rule and administration of the British“Raj”. A highly decorated career soldier and nearing the end of his military service, Sir John had an Indian bride and substantial holdings in the Bengal region. Upon retirement, his purpose and intent was to form a company that would assist and advise retiring officers and men in investing their gratuities, pensions and assets wisely and prudently, in order that they may live out their retirement in comfort and security and so, Advent-Oriental Asset Management was born.

Upon the death of Sir John in 1899, the company decided to open itsdoors to servicemen and civilians alike whilst continuing to honor Sir John’s basic tenet of “Wisdom and Prudence” and in 1962 moved operations to Singapore because of the political situation that was developing in Burma. Two further moves were to follow; Hong Kong Island in 1966 and finally, Shanghai in 2004 where its center of operations is now located.

The focus since 1991 has been on the now fashionable “green” technology sector in sourcing, researching and identifying opportunities in companies that are either developing, producing or manufacturing alternative energy solutions, ecologically friendly waste management & disposal systems– and their ancillaries.
