Contemporary Irish Cuisine Featured at The Black Bass Hotel During “Taste of Ireland”

March 1, 2010 - PRLog -- Lumberville, PA - In addition to their regular menu, The Black Bass Hotel in Bucks County, PA will host a “Taste of Ireland” from Saturday, March 13th through St. Patrick’s Day, Wednesday, March 17th. Guests can savor contemporary Irish cuisine as well as traditional favorites, all while enjoying the beautiful view of the Delaware River.

The vibrant flavors of the “Taste of Ireland” $35 prix fixe menu will include:
-Baked Oysters with Bacon, Cabbage and Guinness Sabayon
-Smoked Salmon Chowder
-Braised Lamb Shank  with Roasted Vegetables
-Jameson and Brown Bread Crème Brulees

For more traditional tastes, the Tavern and lunch menus from March 13th to 17th will feature Corned Beef and Cabbage.  Pints of Guinness will be offered for $3 and other imported Irish ales and stouts will also be available.
