Feb. 13, 2010 - PRLog -- Financial Advisor, Author Mark Ripple, in partnership with That's Amore Stables, named his Fasig-Tipton, Timonium, Maryland Yearling purchase "Joy Train".  Joy Train is the daughter of the 2005 Breeders' Cup Sprint winner, Silver Train.

Annie O'Dwyer, Ripple's partner said, "The name was put to vote amongst friends. It was not our first choice, but one we ultimately loved!" Teaching private handicapping classes in Toronto, Ontario on February 13, Ripple had this to say, "It has already been one hell of a trip. All of us at UberHorse.com (a subsidiary of PVR Investment Holdings of Canada) think we have the next Rachel Alexandra, Zenyatta, or Rags to Riches in our portfolio. I think our (O'Dwyer's and his) cat, Buddy, is getting jealous of Joy Train."

They will visit Joy Train in May and June. No word on Buddy's plans.

Joy Train has some big horseshoes to fill. Silver Train won six races, including two Grade 1 stakes, and more than $1.2 million. He made 17 starts in three years on the racetrack, showing soundness and durability. He was a sprinter-miler, and in addition to winning the Breeders' Cup Sprint, he has the Metropolitan Mile to count among his victories.

Ripple is an American Money Manager and author of the best-selling book, Handicapping the Wall Street Way. He lives in Canada and Saratoga Springs, NY.
