Paintings from Principe's Signature Hearts Collection are featured on the labels and he will be personally signing each bottle purchased, making a special Valentine's Day gift. The tasting is free with special prices on bottles while supplies last. Born in 1959 and raised in Manhattan, Salvatore Principe found himself inspired by the juxtaposition and diversity of the city and the pop culture of the 70’s. After losing his mother, who was also his best friend, to ovarian cancer at the young age of 48, Principe was inspired to begin painting his Signature Hearts Collection. To him, the heart was an extension of her unyielding support of him in his quest to be an artist, going hand in hand with his ideal of spreading love, goodwill and positive energy throughout the world. With his art always current and influencing what’s chic and modern, Salvatore Principe’s talent has graced the walls of numerous New York City culturally relevant institutions, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Bendel, Bergdorf Goodman and The Trump Towers.
