Jan. 28, 2010 - PRLog -- Peddler's Village announces the opening of a new restaurant, Earl's Bucks County. Earl's Bucks County will open Tuesday, February 2, and replaces Earl's Prime.

Earl's Bucks County will serve a new all-day menu, featuring New American cuisine, Tuesday through Saturday, 11:30 a.m.-10 p.m., and Sunday, 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m.

Earl's new menu celebrates the rich agricultural diversity of the region, created using the freshest seasonal ingredients, naturally grown and raised on small, local, sustainable farms, ranches and fisheries. The menu changes daily and with the rhythm of the season, offering a variety of great tasting and authentic food that is reasonably priced.

General Manager David Zuckerman said he looks forward to introducing the new menu's changing assortment of tapas, small and full plate entrees, salads, sandwiches, homemade desserts and a special “Etch A Sketch®” menu for children. His culinary team is headed by Executive Chef Chris Tavares, formerly of the Mansion Inn in New Hope.

“After six months of evolution, we are excited to truly open as a seasonal restaurant, supporting local farms and supporting the local food shed,” said Zuckerman.

To complement the new menu, Zuckerman also developed a new wine list, committed to offering a selection of organic, sustainable, and biodynamic wines. To offer more accessible and reasonably priced options for guests, Earl’s continues to expand local wine selections by the glass. A local glass wine pour that rotates will be introduced. The “Mighty Fine Wine Night” will continue to be offered every Tuesday night. Guests are invited to bring wines from home into the restaurant with no corkage fee associated. Guests are also offered a 25% discount off any wine on the wine list.

The new menu may be viewed on the Peddler’s Village website at http://peddlersvillage.com/dining/pdfs/earlsmenu.pdf.

The new restaurant's dining rooms have been redesigned with natural elements in warm earth tones for a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. An expanded lounge/dining area will spotlight local, live musicians on Thursday through Saturday evenings. The walls will display local artist Al Lachman's scenes of Bucks County farms and barns.
