Fine Artist Eli Cedrone

Jan. 12, 2010 - PRLog -- For the second year in a row, Boston based, artist Eli Cedrone has garnered an award in the PSA's Members Showcase Competition. Last year, her portrait titled, "Dalena" won 3rd Place in the same competition. The winning painting "Rouge et Noir" was also accepted for inclusion in the Oil Painter's of America, Eastern Regional Exhibition, which was held in November at Corse Gallery in Jacksonville Florida.

Cedrone is primarily a figurative artist working in oils - contemporary realism would best describe her style. She is represented by Waterhouse Gallery, Santa Barbara, CA; Willoughby Fine Art, Martha's Vineyard and has recently signed with Addison Gallery in Orleans, MA. Cedrone is a member of the Laguna Plein Air painters and the Copley Society of Boston, the oldest established art organization in the country.
