Mr. Harvey has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles having had recruitment experience as a Petty Officer First Class in the U.S. Navy where he spent his final tour recruiting and for which he received California Recruiter of the Year several times. He continued on in his career with Northern California Rehab Hospital where he managed all aspects of recruiting for the Redding, California facility including healthcare and management recruiting.  Mr. Harvey also has extensive business development experience as well in the manufacturing industry.
