PRLog -- David Okada is a residential sales associate for Prudential Douglas Elliman, the largest New York real estate services company, with over 3,500 professionals throughout New York City and Long Island. This was a natural progression for David since he had experience investing in residential properties in Long Island and Miami. He also purchased and developed raw commercial properties and acquired both environmental and site approvals for a commercial strip mall. David received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the New York Institute of Technology and prior to his current position, served as a director for Computer Associates, where he established business relationships and strategic partnerships with European and Japanese companies. In addition, he provided network management, business intelligence services, and security applications to protect business assets. David later served as director for Dun & Bradstreet, where he was responsible for sales strategy and development of new credit workstations as well as mainframe services and the automation of telesales operations. Currently, he utilizes his excellent interpersonal, analytical, and negotiating skills to overcome the inherent pitfalls of the sale process, making him an invaluable guide for anyone seeking a successful real estate transaction, specifically co-op and condominium purchases. David is active within the residential sales council of the Real Estate Board of New York and the IEEE.
