Visual Arts and Curatorial Studies MA program The program focuses on artists and curators skills, starting from the creation of exhibition space as unique and shared field, where roles and attitudes of both players are seen as open areas to be re-defined. A series of interdisciplinary activities is developed through lectures, workshops, seminars and exhibitions aimed at producing new operation and training models within the contemporary art field. Trained professional profiles are those of artist, curator, editor of art magazines, journalist, exhibition designer. Among the main areas of studying there are visual culture, visual and performing arts, curatorial studies, exhibition design. Duration: two academic years (18 months). Yearly schedule: 600 class hours and 800 hours including individual study, teamwork and internship. Educational credits: 120. Starting date: January. Director: Marco Scotini.
