Surface Encounters Wixom and Macomb offers Free Workshops for Customers

Dec. 22, 2009 - PRLog -- Macomb, MI – Surface Encounters granite and natural stone countertop fabricators and installers offer free workshops for customers to help them with the selection process.  “With all our high-technology equipment the measuring, cutting and fabricating is the easy part,” said Sal Dellacasa, store manager.  “The customer has the most difficult job, choosing their slab from an array of beautiful pieces from Mother Nature’s own art gallery.”

Surface Encounters’ friendly staff is there to help; each store has at least one registered, professional interior designer available to assist customers in selecting the stone and planning the finished project.  The professionals at Surface Encounters understand how the size of the showroom and the lighting affects each piece.  “A room full of nature’s beauty can be overwhelming; we help with the selection process so our customers are happy with their new stone countertop,” said Dellacasa.

Sal Dellacasa personally leads tours every Thursday from 2pm to 4pm; however, someone is always available to provide a tour.  “Whether there is only one customer or a group, if the store is open, someone is available to handle a tour and help with the selecting and planning of their new kitchen countertops.”
