They have grown to open an 80,000 sq. ft. world class indoor skate park complex to compliment their popular retail outlet on Woodward Avenue at 12 ½ mile in Royal Oak. The 80,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 ½ acres is so big it’s actually in both Madison Heights AND Royal Oak. The new Modern Skate Park will be the site of live music, DJ’s, many give-a-ways and several high profile skating events this Memorial Weekend.
