Dec. 1, 2009 - PRLog -- Leica Camera UK limited retained Design Interface on a turnkey basis to open their second corporately owned store worldwide. The extensive and all encompassing role included every aspect of preparing the store for opening from drafting job descriptions, determining the staffing structure, interviewing prospective candidates to the planning, preparation and implementation of their induction programmes.

Design Interface was also responsible for developing the store operating systems and leading the merchandising and visual presentation of the store.

From cutlery to cleaners we project managed every item required to operate the store, offices, studio and Akademie within budget and on time.
