Synaptitude Appoints Eric Nelson as Chief Business Development Officer

Synaptitude Inc., a provider of enterprise and back-office systems consulting services to business and government clients, recently announced the appointment of Eric Nelson as chief business development officer. In his new role, Nelson will be responsible for leading Synaptitude’s business development efforts.

Nelson has over 28 years of information technology and systems development experience, including over eleven years in the telecommunication industry and eight years in small and medium business executive management.

Before joining Synaptitude, Nelson was Chief Development at Alteritech. He has also served as Senior Vice President and CIO at Megapath Networks, Senior Vice President and CIO of Netifice Communications, Inc.. He has also held two executive management positions with e.spire Communications, and has provided management consulting services with The Management Network Group (TMNG), Cap Gemini Sogeti, and Ernst and Young. Nelson serves on the Board of Directors for the Glen Echo Park Partnership for the Arts and Culture, and received his BA from George Washington University.
