Advent-Oriental Asset Management, Palingenesis Manufacturing Inc announce Initial Private Offering

Nov. 9, 2009 - PRLog -- Shanghai: After several weeks of negotiation, Theodore J. Staley  the Chairman of the well known designer, manufacturer and operator of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) machinery and systems, Palingenesis Manufacturing Inc (PMI) announced today that the Shanghai based Private Equity firm Advent-Oriental Asset Management is to handle their first time Private Placement of 5 million shares.

PALINGENESIS MANUFACTURING INC (PMI) is dedicated to the design, manufacture and operation of proprietary equipment intended for the processing and treatment of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and through its subsidiary company, Pathogenesis Inc. the processing and treatment most types of the Industrial, Commercial, Hazardous and Toxic Waste including Hospital, Solid, Liquid and Sludge Wastes.

Palingenesis began developing its process technology more than seven (7) years ago in Europe and Asia and after thousands of trials and hundreds of laboratory tests on a wide range of diverse waste streams carried out using the company's proprietary chemical mixtures and additives, can now state with authority that the company has met all of its development goals. Palingenesis now has fully proven, tested and verified proprietary formulas to treat the majority of various hazardous and toxic and non-toxic waste streams, and has successfully fabricated and operated its unique machinery in a commercial environment and can operate at positive cash flow.

Advent – Oriental was founded in Rangoon, Burma (now Myanmar) in 1889 by Maj Gen Sir John Leopold Advent MC KCB. Burma was at that time an annex of India under the rule and
administration of the British “Raj”.A highly decorated career soldier and nearing the end of his
military service, Sir John had an Indian bride and substantial holdings in the Bengal region. Upon retirement, his purpose and intent was to form a company that would assist and advise retiring officers and men in investing their gratuities, pensions and assets wisely and prudently, in order that they may live out their retirement in comfort and security and so, Advent-Oriental Asset Management was born. Upon the death of Sir John in 1899, the company decided to open
