Valerie Walling, CMC, CPA is President of V Solutions Consulting, a firm that fills in the financial management and operational gaps for business, public sector and non-profit organizations while they execute their strategic plans. For larger organizations, V Solutions and its partner, Milo Belle Consultants, provide expert services in SOX and other regulatory compliance and corporate governance, risk assessments, business process improvements, internal controls and anti-fraud design.
