Cardion, Inc. Inks Deal With Synapse of Torrance, CA for Provision of Medical Billing Services.

Oct. 19, 2009 - PRLog -- Cardion, Inc. of Lewisville, Texas has announced a partnership agreement with Synapse Medical Management of Torrance, California.  Synapse will provide medical billing services for Cardion clients primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Knoxville, Tennessee regions.  It is expected that additional regions will be added over the next year including the Washington D.C.  area.

Cardion, formed in 2003, has provided various medical services to physician offices and hospitals throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area including mobile echocardiography services and student athlete cardiac screenings for area high schools.  Cardion recently also added the provision of electronic medical record systems (EMR) for physician offices to its array of services.  The echocardiography services division was sold in an asset sale in December, 2007.

Ms. Couch graduated from  Western Hills High School in Fort Worth and did undergraduate studies at both University of North Texas in Denton and University of Texas at Dallas.
