Drilling fluid mainly consists of four parts: water, active solids, inert solids and chemical additive. Mud of different composition and performance will be formed based on the formula and interactions. So the composition of mud is the key factor to adjust the performance.
Traditional method needs a long time to make up and treat mud, generally longer than 24 hours, but still can not achieve the effect of directly hydrolyzing bentonite and polymer because of lack of high shearing power. We have developed a new model JQB series shearing pump to provide a rapidly make up and treatment of mud. It can meet the requirement of user to make up high performance mud and shorten the time. No doubt it will bring benefit for users.
Model JQB series has such features as following:
1.   It can obviously increase the hydrolyzing degree of bentonite particles. The dispersion and hydrolyze of bentonite particles in water are controlled by: content of electrolyte in water, time, temperature, number and condition ,shearing pump can save more than 30 percentage of bentonite.
2.   The shearing pump can hydrolyze and dilute the polymer as soon as possible.
The molecular weight of high molecular compound in mud is large and not easy to be hydrolyzed directly and need to be sheared. The shearing pump can provide a high efficiency to shear the molecule and shorten the time of dilution and hydrolyze.
3.   The shearing pump has a large flow rate and lifts. It can meet the requirement for making up mud.
