Baltimore Fashion Week Is In Motion

Sept. 24, 2009 - PRLog -- Baltimore Fashion Week is in its 3rd year of providing a professional level of exposure to independent designers that showcase “rack ready” and wonderful fashions to residents and guests of Baltimore City, during this week long fashionable event.

Baltimore Fashion Week is held each year at the War Memorial Building, located in the heart of Baltimore City in the tourism district.  The 2010 production of Baltimore Fashion Week is scheduled for August 9, 2010 through August 13, 2010.

Baltimore Fashion Week is filled with fashion industry events that capture the attention of over 3,000 guests.  This event also incorporates opportunities for high school, college and university students to assist in the production of this annual high fashion event.  “We have had over 71 designers to showcase over the past two years.  These designers traveled from as far as Japan to participate in Baltimore Fashion Week.  With a travel base of designers that are local, regional, and national, we are extremely proud of what we have accomplished thus far and this number can only increase,” stated Nixon, Executive Producer of Butterfly Productions.

Baltimore Fashion Week is seeking partners (sponsors) for our event.  As a partner of Baltimore Fashion Week the benefits offered include, but are not limited to: placement of partner’s logo on all web advertisement, web, television, radio and printed items; television airtime for partners to discuss involvement with Baltimore Fashion Week; placement and visual aids of partner’s name/banner located inside the venue of all Baltimore Fashion Week events; and partner’s logo printed on fashion week t-shirts.  Other benefits also include partners hosting its own promotional or charity event as an official Baltimore Fashion Week event.

Baltimore Fashion Week for the past two years has achieved a crowd level of standing room only.  “With the continuance of positive press and the support from the City, Baltimore Fashion Week is certain to be the “next go to” event for fashion weeks,” stated Nixon.

Statistically speaking Baltimore Fashion Week receives over 38,000 website hits per month and delivers by email over 11,825 messages a month to individuals in the Baltimore Fashion Week database.  These emails discuss/mention everything from entity involvements to upcoming scheduled events as it relates to Baltimore Fashion Week.
