Our keynote speaker will be Mark Shurtleff, Attorney General for the State of Utah.  Mr. Shurtleff began his legal career by serving four years in the Unites States Navy Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG), after which he chose to practice law in Southern California.  Mr. Shurtleff was a Deputy County Attorney and a Commissioner of Salt Lake County.  He then became an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Utah and was later elected Attorney General in November 2000.  Mr. Shurtleff was re-elected in November 2004 and again in November 2008, and is the first Attorney General in Utah to win re-election for a third term.  Mr. Shurtleff is, and has always been, a strong advocate for the small businessman and businesswoman in America.  

Mr. Shurtleff is currently seeking the Republican nomination for United States Senate in 2010, for the State of Utah.  His platform is “Taking Back America.”  His platform is our platform, and we at OYC are honored that he has chosen to share his time with us.  Mr. Shurtleff will be presenting his views on entrepreneurism in America.  Being the Utah Attorney General has given him unique insights into the network marketing industry.  He understands well the strengths and weaknesses of this unique industry.  For too long, people have tried to build their financial dreams on a flawed business model.  No more!
