Frank created this firm in 2003 with a vision to assist the consumer (homeowner/renter) with everyday questions about home improvement and how/why/when it relates to engineering – what to use, how to install, what guides to follow?  Since its inception, Engineering Express® has helped contractors, manufacturers, building departments, architects and other engineers with engineering design and presentation with smaller, yet high volume jobs that large engineering firms dispel for the high-end developments (stadiums, skyscrapers, shopping malls, office plazas, housing developments and commercial structures).  Engineering Express® was created to deliver this same high-quality work for smaller jobs by harnessing the power of the latest technology to form the next-generation approach to the most common needs of the engineering industry.  Think … the Home Depot of Engineering.
