Kerner Group Appoints CEO- Eric Edmeades

Sept. 4, 2009 - PRLog -- SAN RAFAEL, CA – 24 August 2009 – Kerner, a leading provider of special effects and 3D technologies, today announced the appointment of Eric Edmeades as Chief Executive
Officer and majority shareholder of The Kerner Group.

history of ground-breaking visual effects and camera technologies.” said Edmeades, “My
mission is to continue that legacy and bring a new spirit of imagination, innovation and
leadership to the company.”

Throughout his career, Edmeades has distinguished himself as an innovative and creative
entrepreneur and business consultant. In 1997 he founded The ITR Group, a leading provider and maintainer of mobile computing, laser imaging and wireless networking equipment. Nine years later, after establishing the company as an industry leader, he sold ITR to private investors.

Since 2006, he spent three years consulting businesses in 15 countries, providing a special focus on increased sales and profitability while refining business systems and improving the customer experience.
